Studio is now Kennel/greenhouse

Who would've thought that here in South Louisiana we would be dealing with temps in the upper teens and lower 20's. We are used to wearing short sleeves and shorts this time of year. But mother nature decided we needed a little bit of "chillin" this year, soooo now, we South Louisianians have to learn to improvise.

Like, when the real greenhouse is full to the brim, and your outside dog is way too "outdoorsy" to stay in the house...then you find yourself turning your studio into a temporary Kennel/Greenhouse.

Happy Holiday's

The fall shows are now in the past ,
and the spring shows are coming WAY too fast.
But for now the the potter is weary,
and the studio is dark and dreary.
So out of the clay she goes,
wiping it off everywhere, including her toes.
Into the holiday spirit she falls,
putting up lights, trees and singing "deck the halls".
Because the holiday's are here,
filled with friends, family and good cheer.
The old year is gone and past,
but the memories forever will last.
As the new year quickly draws near,
one wish I have for you this year...

Happy holiday's full of love and good cheer!
